Unfortunately, this meal was extremely poor and we won’t be returning. I would advise others to avoid, as there are many other great eating establishments in the Shipley area. Have visited a few times over the years and were shocked when we walked in. The floors are filthy as in, months of not having a deep clean and sticky. The napkins were stained and had dirt on them. That aside, we were hoping for the great food we had experienced before. However, it was horrendous and we ended up leaving full dishes on the table, paying and going home. Things are being pre fried and then fried again in old grease. The curry was only what I can describe as similar to bisto gravy with green curry paste ad...
Ordered via Deliveroo at 6:40, expected delivery time 7:15. Still no food by 8pm phoned the restaurant to be told that all Deliveroo orders had been cancelled. Unfortunately the restaurant forgot to actually do the cancelling part. If I hadn’t phoned to chase, I’d still be sitting here now with no food and £25 lighter. I felt a bit sorry for the girl on the phone, who will probably get this all evening. 2 hours after ordering, Deliveroo forced a refund and I tucked into a ready meal from Sainsbury’s instead. But by the look of some of the most recent reviews, I think we had a lucky escape. Really disappointing, though it seems we’re not alone in our experience.
Ordered a take away last week and had to throw it away. It stunk, the presentation was awful, we ordered chicken fried rice and it turned up in a polystyrene burger box, it smelt like polystyrene and looked like it had been microwaved from a packet. Ive never had to throw food away just because it was so smelly and poorly presented. The delivery driver told me to 'have fun with my meal ' had no fun what so ever and will never be ordering from this place again!
The food isn 't an acceptable standard, the curry had the consistency of water and looks like any coconut milk that may or may not have been used had split. The food smelled like gone-off sour cream too. I 've used this place a lot in the past, and the last 12 months it has gone really downhill. Won 't use again.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at China Thai Fever. The starters were quite nice but the main courses were awful. I also think my wine was watered down! The restaurant was cold and for 40 mins we were the only customers. The music was too loud and kept having adverts part way through the songs.
Truly awful food, only ordered from here because 3 other Chinese on holiday, wish we hadn’t, beef with green pepper in black bean sauce was runny and with no green pepper, hot and sour soup was brown and slimy with 1 prawn, 1 piece of beef and pork, it all went in the bin as it was inedible
BAD BAD BAD BAD The food was a take away order. To feed a family and it was absolutely inedible. The food was so salty, the potato in the chips was black/ rotten. The chicken was slimmy. I rang the restaurant to try rectify the problem and they said no manager available. £50 wasted.
Very, very poor. Food tasted microwaved. There was 10 of us and we all got served at different times. Waitresses are very inexperienced and I totally don't blame them. We left before we had all eaten our main courses.

Takeaway was awful tasted salty, tried ringing no answer, disgusting food, 100 characters to say how bad it was,? Disgusting , awful, inedible
Food was expensive and poor even charge for car parking we will not return it had a good reputation but we were so disappointed
