We were the only patrons on a Saturday night, and we had to wait quite a while for appetizers that turned out to be frozen ones from Trader Joe's. It didn't feel like an authentic dining experience at all. The wait for our main courses was also lengthy. While seated, we noticed a sign indicating there were price increases not reflected on the menu. I ordered a tofu curry, but there was no mention of fish sauce in the description. When it arrived, the fish sauce smell was overpowering. I’ve never encountered fish sauce in any curry I've had before, so I ended up not eating it. I won’t be returning. It was a waste of both time and money!
I ordered lunch delivery from DoorDash and their food was amazing. My favorite item is their Thai coffee. The other day, I accidentally ordered Thai iced tea instead of Thai coffee on the DoorDash app. The delivery driver was already on their way, so I called the restaurant to see if they could switch it. They were very accommodating and made the switch without any issues. Their coffee is so good that it really brightened my day. I would love to get their coffee recipe. Overall, I give them a 10/10 rating, 5 stars out of 5 stars for great customer service and great people. Thank you!
My only complaint is that we were the only customers in the restaurant besides the staff the entire time, even though it was during peak dinner hours. We could hear the staff talking constantly, and our service was less than pleasant, as if we were their first ever table. This made the overall experience a bit strange and unpleasant.
Overall, I would order from here again, but I don't think I would return to dine in.
At the charming Glittering Elephant restaurant, tucked away on a quiet side street, we stumbled upon a hidden gem. The food was delicious, especially the Tom Kha soup. We followed the staff's recommendation for our main dish and were not disappointed. The restroom was well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Possibly the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Everything was extremely well-flavored! The pad Thai had a smokiness that was superb.
