Without a doubt, this is the best Thai restaurant in Mosman. I've been enjoying meals here for many years, and the food is consistently delicious and inspiring. They have a specials menu that changes regularly, showcasing seasonal produce, and the dishes are often imaginative and unique. On my most recent visit, we started with the prawn betel leaf, which was incredibly tangy and flavorful, as well as the Barramundi fish cakes that were absolutely divine, and the satay chicken skewers. For the main course, I highly recommend the coconut lime prawns, which are served in a coconut shell and infused with lime, ginger, and coconut cream. Disappointingly small portions, I ordered one pad si ew with beef, one coconut lime prawns, one steamed rice and vegetable spring rolls. The noodles and prawn dishes were I would say one and a half portions. The rice was in a Chinese takeaway container and was a decent size. The spring rolls I got 2. The price I paid for all this was $82 which I think was a crazy amount for the quantity and quality food. Will not be ordering again. Meal type: Dinner
The food at this restaurant is amazing! Every dish we ordered was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend the massaman beef curry! The service was outstanding as well. We had the perfect amount of space to enjoy our meal, and assistance was always available if we needed anything. Plus, it's a BYO (Bring Your Own), so take advantage of that! I dine here frequently and I've always found the food to be delightful. The staff are incredibly friendly, which adds to the experience. For my meal type, I usually have dinner. I would rate the food a solid 5 out of 5, as well as the service. The atmosphere is quite nice, so I give it a 4. If you're looking for vegetarian options, I highly recommend the cashew nut stir fry.

Dine in or take out, this Thai is always consistently good.<br/ <br/ Phone up for take out more than once and they will know who you are and your regular order next time you call-great service.<br/ <br/ The Thai Dim Sims with red cabbage made with steamed rice paper are the best. But swap the satay dipping sauce for the Thai plum sauce for maximum delight!
I absolutely love Thai food, and this restaurant is one of my favorites. Thai Kanteen consistently meets my high expectations every time I visit. I even make the journey from George Street in the City at least twice a month to enjoy it. It's definitely worth the trip because the food is exceptional.
