DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE IF YOU HAVE A GROUP LARGE GROUP! Whoever the bald guy taking our order is has terrible service. When he initially came to take our order, we weren’t ready and asked for 5 more minutes. 20 minutes passed and he has not return due to running little errands such as bringing hand sanitizer to the restroom, vacuuming the carpet, and doing whatever he was at the back. After a while, my sister and I went up to the front to order since it looked like he forgot about us. As he was taking our orders, he kept messing up writing the orders so he had to scratch it off and write it below. As a worker, owner or whoever you are, you should already be familiarized with the menu. But...
Let me start by saying our server did a great job. Felt really sorry for him though. As mentioned in other reviews, the big bald white guy (Owner? Manager? in there is a big detractor. Mostly he sat in a chair at the front of the restaurant. He actually came to our table and lectured us about how orders should be done and that what we ordered for an appetizer is actually a dessert! He came over because he kept telling the server all the things he was doing “wrong,” but really weren’t wrong, and we had told him so. I brought my daughters here for lunch. We ordered beef pad thai, chicken fried rice, chicken larb extra spicy, and summer rolls (chicken). The summer rolls lacked flavor and wete dried out and shouldn't have been classified as chicken since there was one small piece of chicken out of the two rolls. The chicken fried rice and beef pad Thai were delicious. The chicken larb was heavy on lemon grass, which made it kind of gross. I also ordered extra spicy, and it was mild at best. The portion was really small for the larb. The portions were also a bit small for the other dishes considering the price. Bad service discrimination at the peak I and my mom went there for lunch. The old lady who served us was discriminating and racist. She dropped the plate with food on the table with a bang sound. And gave us the bill before ordering another item. She was laughing and being sweet with the other people. When we asked her she said she will call cops and shouted us to get out. The chef and waitress lady had no manners and extremely rude. I can’t believe how they maintain a restaurant with good reviews and being racial to people. Manner less staff . . The lady working in the front treats Indians people differently American people differently. . People walking into this restaurant please be ready to loose ur respect. . Worst service. . No body is receiving u at the restaurant. . No plates were served u need to ask for utensils. . Not a place to dine in at all . . Not even a courtesy to respect people and to respect the food that they serve. .
I eat here often. The food is very good, except if you ask for any modifications they are usually not correct. And if you inquire about the modifications the server gets crabby. It's a bit awkward to say the least! Also the server and staff aren't the friendliest people. Which is very unfortunate because the food is great!
I had the Pad Thai which was more like a bad Yakisoba. It had no flavor other than a grilled flavor. Same with their chicken. Very bland. At least it was cooked properly. Do not recommend.
I've been here multiple times and it is my favorite restaurant in town. They have good, authentic Thai food and they're always super welcoming and chill. 10/10 Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
