I am a fan of Thai cuisine, so when we saw that this restaurant was one of the closest takeout options, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed. While everything looked appetizing, the flavors fell flat. The spring rolls were crispy and beautiful, but lacked taste. The duck rolls had minimal meat and were mostly filled with mushrooms. The dipping sauces were watery but at least had some flavor. The chicken skewers were made with real chicken, which was a nice touch, but the taste and aroma were lacking, especially in the accompanying sauce. The massaman curry was watery and lacked flavor. I love food Thai generally, and Thai Now really produces some of the best I've tasted. The food is so well cooked and fresh, and never bland or greasy. There's a lot of variety on the menu and so many tasty options. I regularly go...for the chicken and cashew nut stir fry, and the curries are also very good. Yesterday I ate with a friend of mine who had never tried Thai Now before and he was very impressed, too, and keen to order from here again soon! The recyclable cardboard packaging is another top advantage as I hate all the plastic that usually comes with most takeaways.
The food is delicious, but the last time I visited the restaurant, my order was not ready. When I went back for a second time, I made sure to check if the opening hours on the website were accurate. Unfortunately, I had to wait for over an hour again. I ended up canceling my order as only some items were ready. It was frustrating to wait at home, especially since the restaurant was busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked customer service training. It's a shame that it seems like the kids are the ones running the place.
I have a farewell of thai tonight, eating was amazing. piping hot, tasty, and good value for money. I was very impressed that, although it was peaking on a Saturday night and the accusations began to maintain the kitchen again. assured that each dish was perfectly cooked. simply do not believe that the timing of websites or vans at peak times, have some geduld, and they will be rewarded very well with some amazing food. I LOVE Thai food and have tried all the local places. This is by far the tastiest. The vegan options are awesome and the service is excellent, Including the delivery driver, the ladies on the phone are super friendly and can tell you exactly what...ingredients are in what. Having had fish sauce end up in a vegan meal from another place in town we will not go anywhere else for Thai food.
We have ordered from Thai Now many times now both for family takeaways and also for parties too. Food always arrives hot, full of flavour, with generous portions and the service never fails to come with a smile. A friendly and reliable service, very reasonably...priced for the quality of the food. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I have had a lot of Thai food over the years, and this is one of my favorites. We recently moved to the area and it has quickly become our go-to spot for dinner. All of our friends who visit love it as well. Keep up the great work and many thanks to the team!

My family and i order from here regularly. Huge portions and always delicious. Pretty authentic too, but tweeoed just right for the English folk lol. Definitely worth a try
