So I went into this restaurant that me and my family go to commonly and I got this nice server who accidentally got my order wrong and I told her it was no problem so she took the food back and the chef came out ballistic and started talking rude to the server , So then a previous server that I had I used to give her a tip of 20$ every time and she was happy and nice but as soon as I couldn't give her that high of a tip one time her entire persona changed and the service was horrible. She comes out and trying to give me instructions on how to order my food like I was a child. It was my first time trying Thai food and I was really happy with the quality of the dishes. The appetizers were delicious. We went with the satay skewered chicken splashed with coconut milk and turmeric with a side of delicious Thai peanut sauce and pickled relish. And the chicken curry puffs pastry dough filled with chicken, potatoes, onion, carrots served with a sweet chili cucumber sauce) I had the curry duck and it was excellent, especially with the sauce mixed with rice and veggies. Family lunch: vegetarian. *TINY* portions- you 'd be forgiven for thinking the Main was actually a Side portion. Jasmine Rice LACKED Jasmine- in both taste/flavour and aroma. Well, let 's say it perhaps had a trace of Jasmine. Curries were good, though- again SMALL portions. Experience was okayish but unable to recommend.
Any average Thai food place. Not worth the money for the quality. Won't be going back. Will give kudos to good service.
