I have used Thailand express for about 7 years. Tonight 2/2/2023 I phoned at 720pm and placed my order. I wasn’t told it would be late or driver was busy. At 820pm I still had no food. I phoned and was told that it was very busy and that the roads were really bad and they had regular customers to deal with first.The lady on the phone said she told me that when I placed my order. She didn’t say anything. I am a regular customer. It’s now 855 pm and still I’ve had no food delivered. The roads are clear as my son has just had food delivered without delay from Renfrew 5 miles away . The Thailand Express is 2 miles from my house. The restaurant served food tonight fit for the bin. I rang to complain and they offered to replace the chips which were unfit for eating. Greasy shells , black and horrid. My wife rang to speak to them and was informed the kitchen said there was nothing wrong with them!! They were totally disgusting. If they think that's ok to serve to paying customers, we will never go back.
The ribs, shredded chicken, and "special" fried rice (which was anything but special) all tasted the same due to the same sauce. Is this the only sauce they know? We travel across from Kilcreggan to look after our grandchildren and have used the Thailand Express a few times. Never had a bad meal, and we'll be back again this evening. Keep up the good work. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
I absolutely love the food and service here! Every time I place an order, the person on the phone is incredibly nice, and the food always arrives hot and well-prepared. Service: Delivery.
