I have been to this restaurant twice now and both times I experienced the slowest service ever. Today, we ordered pad thai and general tao chicken via the drive-through. We paid at the window and ten minutes later, a different employee handed us the wrong order. Luckily, we noticed the mistake. Then, the same employee who took our payment appeared again ten minutes later (20 minutes total) trying to give us the wrong order once more. She even asked us what we had ordered and if we had already paid. It was very disorganized. We finally received our correct order after a 25-minute wait. What is the point of having a drive-through if it takes 25 minutes to get your food? I would not recommend g...
Went for a quick lunch and was extremely disappointed by the service!! There was confusion when ordering as the employee at the cash was actually speaking with someone in the drive thru. The employee that eventually took our order was rude. When I went to pick up my order, I had to ask for each item because they forgot to give me the extra dumplings, imperial roll and dessert. The meal itself was good but the dessert was frozen...I have no idea if it should be it was hard as a rock and not very good. I will not be returning to this location.
The food was good. I had a teriyaky stirfry. I asked for a fork and teceived a spoon. No use for that spoon. It took almist 30 minutes in the drive thru. It also seemed like the staff was arguing with each other. I woild not recommend this location if you are in a rush....i find they are always extremly slow here...the other location on mapleton rd area is much faster.
When you go to a restaurant in Dieppe, NB, even a take-out, you would expect al least to have someone be at the front counter to be able to speak French to you, but unfortunately, there wasn't. So we left.
