With our little guy at a sleepover and having some shopping to get done, we stopped in at Thanh Vu for an early dinner. We arrived around 5pm to an empty restaurant and got a booth on the main floor. The restaurant itself was perfectly clean and maintained, the large wall mural added some atmosphere and even the bathrooms were clean and orderly. The menu was quite foreign to my partner and the variety of vegetarian options for me left us looking at our choices for a while. In the meantime we ordered their Vietnamese iced coffee and veg spring roll for an appetizer. The service was polite and the beverages and appy were out quickly. Both were delicious, the coffee was rich and refreshing and...

It's very hard giving a review of Vietnamese restaurants in other cities, when you've eaten at probably the two best Vietnamese restaurants in North America (no exaggeration, "Thanh Thanh Oriental Noodle House" and the best, Doan's which are both in Edmonton, Ab). I have eaten in Vietnamese restaurants in many cities such as New York, Vancouver, Calgary etc. and none compare with those two. This place in Prince George is pretty decent though. I had a chicken/seafood brochette combo twice, once at lunch and a few days later for dinner. The chicken used on the skewer was breast meat, which was cooked just right, while the seafood skewer consisted of assorted veggies, shrimp and a white fish, b...

We have always looked forward to a getaway to Thanh Vu. The relaxing atmosphere and authentic Thai food was like a little visit to Thailand. I am wondering what has happened to the standard set by Thanh and Vu? The food quality is not what it was, there was a tacky, lop-sided open sign on the door, and I was shocked by the crudeness and lack of professionalism in the judgement of whoever suggested the new t-shirts for the waitresses! What decent-minded person is going to appreciate "what the Pho" in their face every time they see the server? She was kind enough to explain that the correct pronunciation is fuh. Well, thank you for the clarification. we wouldn't want to get it wrong! I am SO d...

Trick is Booking a table, I randomly go and they're not open, but don't let that dissuade you!Vietnamese Food is Fresh, Vietnamese Food is refreshing, and Thanh Vu is flawless when it comes to their presentation. It's a restaurant you don't look at the prices, you order anything you like, over-indulge, treat yourself, impress your company, visit amongst yourselves, and with uncontrollable anticipation = everyone's patience is rewarded with glorious spectacular tasting food ! So explosive in the textures to flavoursome delicacies ratio, you always leave sated, and Happy ! Thank you Thank Vu! Many Lifelong Blessings to you and yours ! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Salad rolls at $4.95 each are now reduced to just chopped lettuce in a wrap with two half pieces of prawns and a watery dip. They used to be their signature appetizer now patheticPho soup was tasteless and one of the worst that I have had anywhere - small bowl $11.965My advise? Go anywhere but here.

Fresh ingredients with a lot of options on the menu. They will cook and make substitution on pretty much anything you order. The meals are also hot,hot and pouring with flavours. We have yet to be disappointed with our meals. The server are so patient and helpful . The best Vietnamese coffee

The spring rolls here are delicious deep fried goodness, served with a lovely orange (Vietnamese) dipping sauce. Definitely the best appetizer on the menu! I would recommended the spring rolls, the brochette dishes (comes with those spring rolls Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
