If you are looking for a good pizza or cheesesteak, this dilapidated sorry excuse for a hole in the wall will only bring you disappointment. What a nightmare. I don?t know what is morealarming ? the stale premade ?slices? with bugs adorning the counter or the rude woman behind the counter that lacks a modicumof decorum or decency. I finally decided to try this place instead of going to a better option, and I completely regret it. If you're looking for good pizza or a cheesesteak, you'll be disappointed by this run-down spot. It was honestly a nightmare. The stale, pre-made "slices" on the counter even had bugs on them, and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. Customer service was almost non-existent, and it’s clear they don’t take pride in their business or reputation. I feel sorry for the young man and older gentleman working there, having to deal with such an unpleasant person taking orders. It seems like a family-run place, because otherwise, no one would still be working there....
As a long-time customer of That Guy With The Dough, I have to say that the treatment I received was disappointing. The staff appeared rude and it felt as if they were uninterested in my business. I understand that running a restaurant can be challenging, but that doesn’t excuse being disrespectful to loyal customers. I’ve never seen the owner smile or show any sign of friendliness during my visits. If there’s another side to the story regarding Fran’s behavior, I’d be curious to hear it, but it certainly doesn't justify her rudeness. Without customers like me, there would be no business at all. I won't be returning again.

Replying to ur comment-so there?s another side of the story for Fran being rude??? And what facts am Ileaving out ??? And yes I understand they run the business by themselves? but that doesn?t give them the right to be rude toloyal customers.. without customers like me they wouldn?t be no business? plus I have never seen her smile once ! Or be remotelyhappy?. So if u can come up with a better reason for an owner being rude to a customer pls let me know

This was my first visit to That Guy With The Dough with my parents, and after hearing so many great things from friends and family, we weren’t disappointed. Both the round and square pizzas from the menu were absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be coming back to That Guy With The Dough again soon.
Amazing pizza, outstanding service, and great prices! We discovered this little gem by chance and will certainly be back! Three generous, delicious slices for under $10! Just a heads up, this is a takeout spot with no indoor seating.
I absolutely adore this place! I've been there twice in one week, and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tastes fantastic. The owner is wonderful too—a really great guy. I'll definitely be ordering from here often!
I ordered a steak and cheese hoagie with fried onions, and it was both delicious and reasonably priced. I will certainly be coming back!
