The staff didn’t inquire about our preferences for sugar or ice, and one of our drinks was made incorrectly. Additionally, the tapioca pearls were extremely hard and nearly impossible to chew. Overall, it was not a great experience.
I absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. All the drinks are delightful, and they offer customization options for milk, sugar levels, syrups, and more.
