it seems I'm not the only one who had terrible customer service at this place. the person who took my order was very rude to me. I had a few asking to tapioca vs lychee in the drink I ordered when it was my first time at this blase tee location, and she reacted to me in an extremely bordering ton. she seemed to be extremely intoxicated by my asking and was overall very unhappy. I don't think I've ever had such an unpleasant experience with a salesman. it was quite aggressive. I will definitely not return to this place, although the drink is actually quite good!

Terrible customer service with one staff. At first she wouldn't give me a bag because I only bought 1 drink. But I had my hands full at the time so I needed a bag to carry my drink. She then reluctantly gave me a bag and was rude. I wouldn't have a problem if they charged me for a bag but at the same time with the price of the drink I feel like it should have covered for a bag. Her behavior just made this the last time I will be ordering from this location.

I think that this two-star restaurant is the most inconsistent compared to others I have tried. I usually order my favorite drink, but it seems watered down and I can taste chunks of ice that are not properly mixed. I always request for them to mix it more, but it is not always done. The trio appetizer also does not taste as good as others I have had.
