It was our daughter's 35th birthday, so we decided to celebrate at The Arkle Manor, one of our favorite restaurants. This is a special place for us because it is where my wife and I first met. Joining us for the occasion were our son, his fiancé, and their two sons, aged 15 months and 3 months. We were greeted and taken care of by Tom and Charlotte, who seated us among other guests. Concerned that their young children might disturb others, my son asked Tom if we could move to a table further away from the main dining area. Booked by accident but loves it and will definitely go back. The meal was both well cooked tasty and very reasonably priced. For starters, we had soup, pate, and creamy mushroooms. Main course we had fish cakes and the chicken and mozzarella sandwiches with salad and fries. Dessert was mini desserts with a hot drink. The waiters were attentive but not imposing. When i mention one of us had a nut allergy, the response was..WE ARE A NUT FREE RESTAURANT. one very happy customer. Thank you.
We celebrated my Mums 80th birthday here and had a lovely section of the restaurant to ourselves. Everyone was happy with their food choices, the food was excellent quality and generous portions. Kate was very attentive and was always coming up to check on us to make we had everything we needed. We were able to say when we wanted our food to come out so had plenty of rests in between courses and did not feel rushed at all. Thanks again for helping make my Mums birthday a great day! Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch I had roast beef which was lovely and my husband had roast pork which he too said was lovely. The atmosphere was good and I thought the flowers on the tables and in the windows looked attractive. The staff were very friendly and attentive particularly Lily who was our main waitress. I would certainly recommend The Arkle Manor and hope to enjoy another Sunday lunch very soon. With thanks to all.
We had a party for 25 and were very impressed with everything the venue, the food and particularly the staff, who ensured our event went smoothly. We particularly appreciated the Arkle’s flexible approach and everything was handled very professionally. The room was perfect and the meal excellent enjoyed by all!
Another lovely meal on a lovely evening at The Arkle Manor. We enjoyed their fish and chips. A big thank you to JAMIE who looked after us and wish him all the best at University next month! We feel so welcomed and well looked after and the food is always high quality at a good price.

I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, thanks to Scott and Jai who were very helpful. The food was delicious and the desserts were a decent size. I will definitely be returning in the future.
