The Arthouse - Tisch resevieren

Called in Saturday 28th December have lunch, my friend had vegan breakfast she could not eat it, too much tomato on it, sausages meat was very dry. Asked Laura manager if we could change it for something else. She was very rude said well she loved it!! I did say its about the customer not you.Despite my friend having 2 mouthfuls Laura said we still had to pay for it. Wasn't offered alternative. I asked to have alternative which my friend had, I am absolutely shocked at the managers Laura response she was very rude to my friend simply wasn't interested in us as customers. all that mattered was what SHE liked. Wouldn't recommend you don't pay to go out to eat to be spoken in such rude manner....
