I went and got tested after I left this place I thought I lost my sense of taste. Ordered a cheesesteak what i received was a 4lb brown box w waffle fries and a Diet Coke The massive sandwich was a mess that fell apart it, I had to eat with a fork, it was greasy and overload with meat with little peppers and onions Overloaded sandwich is great if it had flavor, as said the bland hard roll fell apart and it was a complete mess I tried my best but wound up throwing it away as it was not worthy of eating This place at a called the Artisan you have some of the beat bread makers in the country 45 minutes away find one and make a deal. Didn't even get to eat here but wow what a weird unpleasant experience from my initial phone call to confirm the closing time to me walking in to a COLD, EMPTY restaurant. First off, the girl on the phone had an attitude, like I was bothering her on her personal phone lmao! Then when we get there, it was soooo cold inside, empty except for one guy waiting at the counter and I asked him if he was waiting for long he said a few minutes but nobody came out to greet him yet smh... I waited about one minute, called out a nice loud HELLLLO, and still, not a peep from the other side. There's too many other restaurants in the area to choose from. This place is awful. The staff here does not know what they are doing. The counter girl makes it appear that she is doing you a favor by serving you and taking an order. They couldn 't make something the way needed because of dietary restriction and would give you a substitution without a quote upcharge of $2. When got to sit down to eat the fries were burnt, the quote Chilli nachos had nothing of what the menu said was on them. And the best was when calling to state the issue they stated that we were bothering them. If I didn 't have to give 1 star to put in a review they wouldn 't have gotten that one. Returned the food. I went to this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. It's a bit expensive, but the food is excellent, and the ambiance is charming. However, I found the front-of-house staff to be unprofessional. The person at the register was on their phone the entire time I was trying to place my order and pay, and I had to practically beg for his attention to complete my transaction. On the bright side, the chef was amazing and very attentive, providing far better service than the staff at the register. I would definitely order again because the food was very good, but I recommend calling in your order ahead of time to avoid the issues with the front-of-house staff.

DO NOT GO HERE!! this restaurant takes a ridiculously long amount of time to prepare their simplistic food. we only ordered two burgers, a hotdog and fries and they took about 40 minutes to prepare our food. they even forget almost all the ingredients on my burger. it was supposed to have cheese, lettuce, mushrooms, tomato, avocado, and a pretzel bun. it was called the vegan artisan on their menu. they forgot half the ingredients and the bun. and when they were confronted about most of the toppings not being being there we were told they didn’t have them... AFTER THE FACT THAT WE GOT OUR FOOD.
Oh man this place hyped me up and then let me down but maybe third time will be a charm? I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich both times. First time was late night on a weekend, delivery, and the sandwich was AMAZING. Chicken moist and crispy, just the perfect amount of sauce for flavor and right portions of toppings. Second time around a complete 180. Ordered mid afternoon during a weekday and the chicken was dry and boot-like? Went overboard with the sauce which made the bread soggy and ingredients were all messy. What happened?
This review is Longggg Overdue. I first went to this restaurant early this year.and the customer service was so good!!! I had a great conversation with the guy at taking my order (I forgot his name). very friendly and inviting staff. Now I order from uber eats and although the food may take some time because everything is made to order. The food is bussing!! its sooo good. Nothing ever disappoints. Its the type of comfort food that makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. 10/10 recommend.
I wish all my orders had been like my first one—OMG! The velvet waffles and chicken strips were absolutely my favorite! The chicken strips were juicy, and the waffles were perfect. The fried Oreos were incredible, at least during my first visit. Unfortunately, after that, the cookies became soggy and mushy. I would have been a loyal customer if they had maintained that first-order quality. After about 7 or 8 more attempts, I think I’m done.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and both times it was quite chilly inside. Upon entering, there's no one at the front to greet you, and you can hear the staff chatting in the back. They aren't the most attentive, but the woman who eventually comes from the back is really friendly. The food does take quite a while to arrive, but both times I’ve enjoyed what I ordered.
