Finally got a opportunity to give this place a try, after living nearby for so long. This place is great for breakfast to when you want omelettes, waffles, or eggs Benedict. Ordering is so easy on their website, you can place your order, make any special notes, and be able to pick up curbside in 30 min. I enjoyed my first experience so much, I went again the same week! I first came here in February 2024 a day after my wedding) with my husband. He's a regular and often comes with his roomate and best friend. He also lives up the road on Central Avenue. The Avacado House is exactly just that, it 's a house that 's been converted into a restaurant that serves avacados . Jokes aside this establisment serves an array of breakfast/brunch options that satisfied ya boy 10fold! They 're busy and rightfully so, online ordering is an option if you can 't stay for that homely atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor seating is self seating optional, the living/dining room lived through the renovation and ironically the kitchen goes industrial. Different way of operating a cafe/restaurant but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Very quick as well! We ordered, sat at our table outside, and our food was brought out no more than 10 minutes later. I had the tri-tip breakfast skillet, the eggs were cooked exactly how I asked, the meat was beautifully seasoned, the potatoes were amazing. Had a great lunch catching up with an old friend.
Excellent, good service great food. I got the club sandwich and wife got the bulgogi special that were perfect. Our toddler got the mickey pancake that comes with a Carmel dipping sauce that was unforgettable to taste. Carmel and buttery pancake is now my favorite. I highly suggest trying it out. The house lemonade is really good too. Was not disappointed but beware that some days it can get super packed.
Very delicious pancakes and fresh/ripe fruit is served. Refill was not offered once sitting(unsure if offered on drinks) ketchup and salsa needs to be asked for and can be a bit of a back and forth. EDIT: A bit pricey, definitely a once and a while place to eat.
Great place for breakfast? The abc omelette was very good! It was stuffed! The biscuits were pretty good as well! This place get crowded for breakfast so come early! Nice and friendly staff. Will come back here again.
With the ambiance of the Midwestern house and a wraparound porch Even the non avocado specialties are awesome. You won't be disappointed worth the wait. Service is top notch they even have a swing in that fits two.
