We ordered 2 breakfasts on Uber eats. Tomatoes were missing on one, the other was missing mushrooms and tomatoes. It was stone cold and the hash browns were absolutely soggy to the point of disgusting as was the black pudding. The eggs were undercooked with clear jelly on top of the yolks. I wouldn 't order from here again. I suppose Uber are to blame for the cold food as the driver didn 't have a proper bag although we were the only drop of on route it shouldn 't have been that cold. There was a mushroom allergy for one breakfast. Note MUSHROOM ALLERGY no mushrooms on this breakfast please thank you only noted for the breakfast in question there was no note for the other one.
An absolutely AMAZING little cafe in Stockport. Went there for Afternoon Tea for my daughters 10th birthday, from the moment of getting in touch to book the staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The spread of afternoon tea for both the children and the adults was just amazing, generous amounts, immaculately presented and very delicious. Anything we didn't manage to eat was boxed up to take away with us : . The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely setting too, bright and airy. A little gem on Buxton Road.
I've been to the Bake House several times over a number of years. Lovely relaxed little cafe. Calm vibe , polite and welcoming. You always feel like you could stay longer! Nice food drinks reasonably priced. Parking is probably the only downfall where it is, if you drop lucky which to be fair most of the time I have you can park outside!
Ordered afternoon teas for mothers day today. Mums and Godmums felt really loved and spoilt. Afternoon teas had two scones with jam and cream, 5 mini cakes, selection of sandwiches, love hearts, teabag the works. So impressed with the Bake House great friendly service and excellent quality. Would high recommend five stars from me !!
I ordered afternoon tea for 3 with 24 hours notice but forgot to mention it was for a take out. They packaged it up without a grumble while I waited couldn’t have been nicer. The food was absolutely delicious, the lemon drizzle cake particularly was to die for!
We had such a lovely afternoon for a pre baby gathering for 10 at The Bake House. Afternoon tea was really lovely, the cakes were delicious. The staff were welcoming and the service was perfect . Thank you
I’ve been coming here regularly for the last couple of weeks and can say they do the BEST hot chocolate. Overflowing with cream and marshmallows. Cakes, sandwiches and staff are all fantastic too.
Afternoon tea as a birthday treat with my family. Wonderful selection of cakes and sandwiches, with scones, jam and cream. Great service and delicious treat, definitely recommended.
One of the best bacon butties. Dry cured bacon. I also saw three ladies having an afternoon tea that would put The Ritz to shame. Fabulous
