I hosted an event here a few weeks ago and had a mixed experience. One staff member at the bar was friendly, but the others came across as rude and seemed more interested in chatting with the regular patrons. If you’re one of the regulars, you probably wouldn’t feel out of place like we did. We also had random kids entering the room we had rented and helping themselves to the buffet we provided, so I can’t comment on the quality of the food the restaurant offers. The tables were sticky and I ended up having to clean them myself. Ultimately, we left the place cleaner than we found it, but surprisingly, £10 was deducted from our deposit for cleaning fees. This is, without a doubt, the best pub in Hindley! They have an incredible selection of beers and a fantastic atmosphere. I can't wait to enjoy sitting outside all summer with a dark fruit beer. Bring it on!

Wednesday Jam Night offers fantastic musicians and provides excellent free entertainment. Highly recommended!
