First take out order $65 order half of the food was not included when they handed the bags to us, at our car. Lesson learned, check the order in the car. We went back last night, trying again. This time we did receive everything we ordered, and yes, we checked the contents in the car. Ribs were great. Pulled pork and brisket were dried out and flavorless. The $10 quart of baked beans was loved by everyone on our first order. But on the 2nd order, the beans were so spicy, no one could eat them. They had the flavor of their spiciest BBQ sauce. I phoned today, to ask if the beans were normally mild, or very spicy. The young woman was belligerent that we were very wrong that the beans had never...
This place is fantastic! They always take great care of me, regardless of what I order. I've eaten here often and sampled various items on the menu, but I can't resist ordering the ribs. They are probably the best ribs I've ever had, and I love the "Hickory Heaven Sauce," which I believe has a different name now. There are plenty of creative options on the menu to choose from. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Definitely give this place a try – you won't be disappointed!
Some of the best grilled dishes I've ever tasted. The service was lovely; the waitress was so sweet. The pulled pork was perfectly cooked with an ideal color and texture. Her hickory sky and southern peach sauce were simply to die for. And don't even get me started on the banana pudding—it's definitely among the best I've ever had!
Best BBQ I've ever had. Won't go to other places now because I always end up disappointed. The southern peach sauce is amazing! You have to try it, but at the same time, the pulled pork is done so well you don't even need the sauce. Great pies, but sides are just ok. Favorite menu item is the brisket bacon gouda sandwich!
Use to be my favorite bbq place, but my last 2 visits were less than courteous. The cashier had a nasty attitude when my order was wrong. Flat out rude. I'm sure it had a lot to do with her arguing with another employee. They was loud and cursing, all with the drive-thru window open.
Typically very consistent; we've had a few off nights when the food didn't meet their usual standards, but overall, everything is quite good. If you plan to make a reservation, they will call to prepare your order, which can take some time. The staff is friendly.
Incredible eating and the most beautiful portion they can ever meet. they are always incredbly polite when I come to order food. if they did not visit this restaurant, what are they waiting for?
Excellent bbq. The peach bbq sauce is delicious! The mac and cheese was a little disappointing (just my opinion), but loved everything else. Definitely will return.
Best ribs, pulled pork, and pie I've ever had. Staff was extremely nice and the wait was super quick. Definitely need to try.
