Well went to this place on a whim and here my opinion.Went with the basics, egg rolls for app, veggie fried rice, pad thai noodles, and pad sei noodles.Egg rolls ordered as app never came.Food took more than 20 mins while restaurant was 15% capacity. When the food did arrive however I was pleasantly surprised on how big the portions were. Food tasted good not great. Best dish was the pad thai noodles by far.Overall I would recommend this place if your looking for inexpensive good Thai.
Excellent service at a great price point. Take the time to visit this lil' gem. The menu has all the Thai standards, and the variety of dishes available is not too overwhelming. Tom Kha Soup filled me up on a cold and rainy day. Will be back for lunch specials.Bathrooms? Just what you need: clean and well-stocked albeit a bit small. For wheelchair users you've probably handled this situation, so this is just a friendly heads up.
Outstanding little owner operated Thai dining.Clean and calm environment with quality food and service.....this is not an Asian fast food joint.My initial review is from six years ago My family continue to order take out from Thai Basil at least once a month New owners have continued to provide a superior level of quality fresh service. Highly reccomend.
This is my regular go to for Thai food. It's outstanding. Best Thai that you can find in the south LA/Ling beach area. I'm 100% sure of this as I've tried ALOT of other Thai restaurants and this is the best. I always get takeout so I cannot speak to the dine in experience but I cannot imagine any issues when the food is this good.
Just had the drunken noodles with beef, shrimp and chicken. Ordered to go. Delicious! Fresh and tasty! Beef was tender and shrimp wasn't over cooked! Definitely will order again. Nice idea to send out menus to the neighborhood. I forget it's there.
They make the best Drunken Noodles Kee Mao I've ever had! The vegetables are grilled, giving them added flavor so delicious. The service was extremely fast; we had our food within 5 10 minutes of ordering. Definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
