We visit this restaurant frequently and one issue we encounter is inconsistency with the sizes of the beverages we order. However, we have learned to be vigilant and request a correction, and the staff are always happy to accommodate us. We particularly love the bao buns, but unfortunately they have not been on the menu in recent weeks. We will have to remember to check before we go next time, as it is one of our favorite dishes. Despite this, the ribs, burger, and schnitzel were all delicious as usual, but just not quite the same without the bao buns.
very poor service, was waiting at the door to be seat for about 10 mins, could see that the staff were just talking amongst themselves (as opposed to being busy serving other customers. We were there early (6pm) so it wasnt busy at the time but they seemed to occupy talking to each other to wlcome us. Additionally, I ordered trio of sausages and only received 2 sausages. . . Also wanted to swap out mash potato, which seemed to be a problem but it was eventually done.
Liked the food, and the Service. only issue was the **** music they were playing to loud. need to get a better playlist with no Doof Doof and some more mellow folk music. get rid of the teenage pop **** as well. Other wise the missus was very impressed with the salad and all the other food.
The staff at this restaurant was exceptional - very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. The food itself was delicious. Customers also have the option to choose their own music to play, which adds a fun twist to the experience. The service is exceptional.

we arrived at 12:10 in the restaurant and ordered quite fast and did not get our meal until 1 hour. I wish there were comfortable chairs sitting on wooden benches. eating was ok and the staff was very good, but always calculated 20% surcharge for the use of my eftpos is ridiculous!
Well its Time of Covid so all transactions are done via website, stop continually asking customers to give a tip to wait staff who are just carrying things to our table. There was no interaction with staff at all. The food was cold and a bit expensive for what it was.
Summerfest feast was amazing. $69 per person for a 3 course meal and 2 hours of drinks!? what more could you ask for?? Our waitress Ash and her manager Nikki were very accommodating and easy to talk to and deal with. 100% will be back! Thanks BAV MACKAY
Entire drinks menu isn't on the internet ordering system, requiring you to go to the bar anyway. Otherwise excellent service and good quality food.

Even though there was no ribs available the food we ordered was well prepared and tasty. Staff is lovely and friendly as always
The rib was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth, it was delicious.
