that's a good food. the menu is limited because each dish is original and created with care. the proportions are modest, which emphasizes the quality over the quantity. the server was friendly and attentive. we had a nice dinner for two and could have a quiet talk.
Absolutely outstanding. Everything about The Bison was brilliant. The food, top notch. The staff, 100% genuine and assertive. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting. Itâs getting a great review when I go back to the UK!
