The location is excellent, conveniently situated near the LIRR and the 495! There’s a restaurant right next door and a Starbucks in the hotel lobby. The staff was outstanding! Although there was a minor mix-up with our reservation, they quickly reassured us by saying, "We'll ensure you have a room tonight," which was very comforting after a long drive from Canada. They resolved the issue promptly. The room was just the right size for our group of three and had plenty of clean closet space. The pool and fitness rooms were well-kept! The hotel lobby is quite charming, and there is plenty of parking available nearby, although the lot is shared with several other restaurants. The rooms have a somewhat eclectic vibe, as the furniture appears to come from different Marriott locations. I was upgraded to a suite due to my Ambassador status, and the room was very spacious. Overall, it was a standard Courtyard experience, but the location is not the best for exploring local attractions.

The coffee is by far the worst I’ve ever tasted; it hardly resembles coffee at all—just hot milk. It appears they don’t employ a proper coffee machine; they simply press a button for a quick brew. I'm really disappointed by this experience.
We only stayed for 1 night, over the Labor Day weekend, but it was great. The hotel was modern, the hotel room and hallways looked new, and the staff was very accommodating. Kaitlyn(Caitlyn? was extremely helpful upon check in. We did not use any of the facilities so I cannot comment on that but the room was very clean and beds were comfortable!

I'm giving this place a 2, and that's mostly due to the two ladies working there who were very nice and friendly. However, the food and drinks were extremely overpriced and felt like they were just a notch above fast food. Between the steep parking fees and the overpriced food and drinks, it just wasn't worth it!

The tomato soup and grilled cheese were fantastic! You also have the option to customize your meal by adding your own choice of peppers. Thumbs up!
