The black boy is instantly noticeable when the sun shines in Seven Oaks square. There is a flood of folks sitting comfortably drink in hand watching as the people pass by. This Shepherd Neame Pub offers a brunch style menu; in tune with its sibling The Oak Tavern the menu is suited to complement the beverages, filling a gap. Lovely pub, svelte interior and friendly staff. A great place to relax when the weather is bright, beautiful brilliant.
We held our daughter's baby shower here. Lovely venue and easily held the 50 60 guest we had and with our decorations the it looked fantastic in there. The staff are very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Very reasonably priced as well, would definitely use them again if we needed a venue of that size.
visited a baptism and found the venue excellent, plenty of sitting, good beer and good food. personal attentive and friendly. I live not near sevenoaks, but what a beautiful city. I can recommend the black boy for functions.
Managed to get a table sitting outside by the blossom trees to enjoy a sandwich and a coffee. Reasonable prices and good service. Clean toilets which is always important . I would definitely recommend if you're local.
The staff are fabulous. Clean tables and chairs. Plenty of seating inside and out. They make the best fish finger sandwiches and their chips are the best. Not salty, and just the right side of crispy . Worth it.
Nice comfortable bar and friendly efficient staff. I had a pint of real ale and my wife had an excellent house red wine. We also had a lunchtime snack. Definitely recommend this establishment.
it was a fabulous brunch in black boy. nice fresh food and currently they get a free coffee/tea when they buy food. highly recommended
delicios eating (veggie sausages much appreciated,) quality beer, friendly staff. we liked to return after our walk in the knole park.
I had the smithfield burger. wow, amazing! fed french and a really beautiful little salate. actually the best I cost!
