Overall, it was a very nice stop! I would give this place 4.5 stars, but unfortunately we cannot give half votes. It’s a popular local spot, and pretty nice. For drinks, we got water, lemonade, and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was delicious. The lemonade tasted a lot like fountain lemonade, so it was a bit disappointing to hear that they don’t offer refills for the lemonade. Food-wise, my father said the basic breakfast was exactly what he had hoped. The bacon was fantastic! The pancakes were very thick “the fluffy one” label does not lie! , so I wish I would have ordered blueberry or chocolate to help break up the thickness. However, they were still very good! We were easily seated as a party of nine with a great view of the water. The service was prompt and friendly. My party ordered the oyster sandwich and clam chowder which was excellent. Will definitely visit again when in town.
