We visited this restaurant today for coffee on a sunny but freezing windy day after our planned ferry trip to celebrate an elderly relative's birthday fell through.We were so impressed with the warm & cozy atmosphere and the kindness shown by staff ( particularly Nikki) that after another hastily arranged ferry trip we returned for a a hearty lunch of grilled fish, gourmet hamburgers and dessert.Thank you for the attention showered on my B in law. He was chuffed by the cake.
Being a busy Saturday we chose to have lunch here with some trepidation, thought it was going to be a long wait and sub-par food - how wrong we were! Found a table straight away, staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and didn't take long to come out despite the place being full. Very impressed! Kudos to the staff, your friendly smiles and welcoming attitude make this place! Looking forward to returning.
Be warned if you visit on a sunny weekend than be prepared for a very long queue.We went on a bank holiday and it was still busy but we turned up early for lunch. When we had finished the queue was out the door. Its beachy, its lay back the food is yummy and its worth a visit if you are not from the Northern Beaches.
My son and I visited the Boathouse for morning tea on a lovely sunny day. The setting is beautiful and there are tables outside and in. We sat inside and had a view over the water. We had a milkshake, latte and shared a carrot cake. Everything was very tasty and the carrot cake was delicious and moist. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A great place to eat. The setting is excellent. We had the prawns and fish and chips. And was all good. My only negative is people bring their dogs into the restaurant. I’m SC dog person but do not agree with them in a place...where food is being consumed.
Fabulous place for lunch. A wonderful place for lunch, great gluten free options! The chocolate milkshakes were a big hit with our friends! Very busy, so arrive early to avoid disappointment
Very nice atmosphere for lunch and coffee on the waterfront. Nice coffee and food presentation are wonderful. We went to have coffee or lunch few times and staff are always friendly too.
We went to the Boathouse after walking up the lighthouse one Saturday morning. The coffee was great as was the breakfast. I had poached eggs. Recommend it to anyone Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
