We had a wonderfully romantic evening and truly didn't want it to end. The restaurant made a special effort by decorating our table with rose petals, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The cocktails we ordered were amazing, and the food was absolutely out of this world. The 5-star steaks were cooked to perfection, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish. A huge thank you to the staff for making our night so memorable. We can't wait to return for our 30th birthday celebration in the new year!
Popped into The Botanist for a bite to eat at lunch time over the weekend. It's got great ambiance, accommodating staff and the food was brought out swiftly. Delicious cocktails and the hot plate was divine. My only qualm would be that they provide a finger bowl as the prawns are still in the shell. I love deshelling prawns and getting my fingers dirty but a bowl with warm water and a slice of lemon to rinse off would have gone a long way!! The pork crackling seemed never ending and oh so moreish!! Definitely a place I'd love to visit again as their burgers looked particularly appetizing!
The food was excellent and the place is very nice. Amazing serving too. I left 5 stars for these reasons but they need to learn how to do an Aperol Spritz properly I requested the drink without soda because I wanted it stronger and they served 1 big glass with 2 fingers of Aperol at the bottom…for the same price. I could have paid more but, they decided to serve a mostly-empty glass instead. Anyway, Probably it was my fault for the strange request
Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my wife. We selected the vegan sharing platter and couple of sides. Were full but had room to share a desert, a vegan frangipane which was by far the best vegan desert we've had in ages. Knocks the socks off the other chain restaurants that can only manage salted caramel, sorbet, or no vegan ice cream options. Bravo, Botanist! All was enjoyable and the service was excellent. we found the place by chance, very happy. the place looks fantastic, massive choice or eating and drinks, all we had was top notch. Live music to boot and it was annoying sunday jazz.! we wished that we lived closer but will return again when we were very welcome by the staff in the opposite.
The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful. My only complaint is that they had sold out of the Sunday dinner we wanted. When we mentioned we were looking forward to a nice meal, we probably should have explored other options.
Good food and ambience. They accommodated out dog which was nice to see. The good portions are a good size and the cocktails are nice. Will recommend to others. Being used to London prices, the bill was surprisingly at a good value.
We had a lovely lunch with family at The Botanist in Marlow! They cater for both vegans and non-vegans, which was great for our group. I had the hanging pork belly kebab and it was delicious. I will definitely go back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Really lovely place! Inside is wonderful and food was great! Crunchy and well cooked fish and chips with a nice curry sauce!
