The price is extremely high for such a small sandwich. You used to get a decent sandwich for that price and was so large you could share. I know it doesn?t matter but I?m not going back. My wife and I have driven by The Bread Basket multiple times and both commented to each other how much we 'd like to try it. I am always looking for quality food in a world full of quick fast junk food. Today we had the chance to try it. I got the reuben and holy wah! was it big. The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the service is excellent as well. I've never encountered any issues. However, I have to say, paying $32 for just one chocolate chip cookie, one original corned beef and Swiss sandwich, and one large mac and cheese bite is outrageous. Are you serious? I initially thought about getting corn beef egg rolls, but they cost nearly $3 each! I mean, the food is great, but it's not worth that price. For the same amount, I could have gone to Outback Steakhouse and enjoyed a porterhouse steak and a blooming onion!

Best Reuben I ever had in my life the corned beef and sauerkraut were so good and fresh, the swiss cheese was melted, bread very delicious. Tried matzo ball soup for the first time and loved it, the corned beef egg rolls were excellent and the service was amazing very friendly, only waited about 5 minutes for my food. Definitely will be back??
Thank you. The best Corned Beef sandwiches round. Corned Beef is juicy and full of taste! Love the 17 1/2 and Rueben Sandwiches. Homemade desserts are the icing on the cake! Well worth the price tag. You can only find a delicacy that fits high quality with huge sandwiches, as the bread basket does.
I've been here for decades. I was on the other day order my usual 17 1/2 n it was terrible.. the Cornbeef was not the same n the Koleslaw was terrible.. I think the real owner sold the place. I guess I'm done here.
Great inside but the outside was almost burnt both times, maybe needed a grease change or to be pulled a few mins earlier. Still was really good egg rolls.

I ordered the turkey club and banana pudding, and it was the best I've ever had! The waitress was very friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and ideal.
This is an excellent deli that I visit every week. A helpful tip: order in advance on DoorDash to skip the 15-minute wait.
