Really disappointing experience today. Had to wait over 45 minutes for our food and having to witness many customers arrive after us and get their food before us! When I queried this with the waitress she lied to me saying that the food is coming, 10 minutes later still no sign of any food. So I had to get up from our table and speak to the manager at the till. As soon as I spoke to him the food came out 2 minutes later. Clearly my food was ready and just forgotten about for ages as the food was stone cold as a result. No apology from both the waitress and manager whatsoever. I'm not sure why this place is so packed as the food is extremely average! Waltham Cross deserves better! Very chaoti...
Interesting decor with good music, a bit busy in some moments. Floor staff are friendly, but waiting time for food was a bit crazy. People randomly served before us when they arrived after after us. The food was ok, but nothing special for this price.
Overpriced ,not good service , £41 and some change for 3 breakfasts use to be good and value for money now overpriced average food won’t be going back anytime soon , lots of eating places in the cross and this won’t be one of them

Came here for late breakfast as a big group fantastic service, delicious food, friendly staff, even the chai latte was great, 5*!
