If I had to point out a downside, it would be the crust. It wasn’t bad, just not as strong as the pepperoni and cheese. My DoorDash driver arrived on time, but it did take a little longer for the pizza to be prepared. I understand Friday nights can be busy, but I scheduled this order two days in advance, so I had expected it to be ready on time. Overall, this is a very good Chicago-style pizza. I noticed they also have New York and St. Louis styles, so I might have to give those a try in the future!
We have been trying to order locally when we order and tonight we tried Brick Oven! I have to say that was AMAZING!! The food was not only delicious but huge portions!! We have plenary left for lunch tomorrow! I had the lasagna, 2 of my girls had spaghetti, one had shrimp fettuccine and my son had a burger and wings!! ALL of it was delicious! We can’t wait for you all to open the dining room back up! We will definitely be regulars!!
Small neighborhood Italian restaurant; the food has its own twist to traditional menu items (such has the blend of herbs in the chicken in the salad, and the extra pinch of oregano in the red sauce). Makes for its own distinctive flavors. The space is small yet comfortable, the service friendly and fast, and the prices were good. When I come through this part of town again I won't hesitate to come back.
love this place! not expected much from outside, but from service to eat excellent! jenny was server and was fantastic they got apps and drinks immediately and was very polite. the main meal came fast and was delicious. we had the spinat lasagne, captivating and pizza were all excellent and the prices were so reasonable. leave it with whisper, so it is a perfect evening. I'm back!
Love this place! Expected not much from outside, but excellent from service to food! Jenny was server and was fantastic she got apps and drinks right away and was very polite. Main meal came fast and was delicious. We had the spinach lasagna, fetters and pizza were all excellent and the prices were so reasonable. Make it with deserts and make it a perfect evening. I'm back!
We used to order brick oven pizza about 3/4 times a month. My last pizza had a stink bug baked right into the cheese (it was visible so it wasn 't eaten) . As much as I love this pizza this was disgusting and I haven 't been able to order it in months. Make sure to make sure you don 't have any 'extra ' toppings if you order from here.
Has another great experience John the owner was on everything and made our night a special one. Food was excellent and very reasonable prices. Thanks for another great meal and will be back next time in the area. Keep the great work John!
Food wasn't great. As if it was microwaves and the cheese salad had too much dressing until the point was soggy and limp
