Ruined our evening: We visited the pub with a climbing club 20 people). Multiple people in the group were vegan and vegetarian. I ordered the vegan shepherds pie, which was very small and bland. It came with a small side of soggy, over cooked veg two pieces of broccoli, two slices of carrot and two pieces of cauliflower. I asked for a side of chips to bulk to it out. I was told the chips are cooked in the same oil as fish, so I passed. However, these chips are also served on the vegetarian dishes with no disclaimer), despite not actually being vegetarian. I was still hungry when I left and had to go to the shop for a snack. Five other people had vegan or vegetarian dishes with a similar them...
After checking Facebook and TripAdvisor for the restaurant's opening times and menu, we realized they only serve food on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This information was not disclosed online. Businesses should understand that maintaining accurate and up-to-date information is essential for their online presence. Disappointed, we returned to town and enjoyed a meal at the Royal Oak, where we were well taken care of.
I read on Tripadvisor that this place was open. We came after going for a walk and we’re hoping for a bite to eat. They were not serving food. We stayed for a drink anyway. The lady at the bar was friendly and helpful. It was quiet but early evening. I’m guessing it may become quite busy at weekends as it had a nice big car park. We may come again when they are serving food. There were nice clean toilets.
We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at this restaurant during the Bank Holiday weekend with a large group of friends (both adults and kids). The staff were very accommodating and provided friendly and efficient service. The food was delicious, especially the huge Yorkshire puddings! Thank you for taking care of us so well.

Limited lunch menu with roast or scampi. Waited a while for a menu then even longer for a drinks order to be taken. Food arrived but not asked if wanted any sauces. Had asked if possible to have mash instead of roast potatoes as it was on the menu with the vegan option but didn’t arrive.
The Staff are friendly .The Food is excellent.The location and views are stunning.Plenty of outside space and welcoming fires and great beers inside.During Summer the Bridge has great live music on every Saturday and great sunday Roasts.We have been many times and its always great.
We arrived at the pub just before it opened. As a person with a disability, I had to request to sit down and felt very unwelcome. It is unfortunate because the pub appeared to be beautiful. Unfortunately, after a brief rest, we decided to leave and will not be returning.

Fantastic dog friendly pub, great Sunday lunch, super friendly staff lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really good food. Thank you we will be back!
Highly enjoyed our recent visits to the Bridge Inn. Lovely pizzas served at the weekend and great staff. Very dog friendly too.
