The Bridge Inn is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s a bike-friendly venue that offers a wonderful respite from the chaos of driving in the city. The food is delicious, featuring a fantastic selection of starters, burgers, salads, and desserts. Additionally, there's an extensive beer list that pairs perfectly with every dish on the menu. This gastropub finds a great balance in its offerings. With ample parking and a spacious seating area by the river, the experience is further enhanced. Just keep in mind that food is served starting at 5:30 PM, and if you’re really hungry, be sure to try their wood-fired pizza.
Perfect setting for a beautiful sunny day on the river with the gentle willow trees grazing beside the water. Amazing food, menu printed daily therefore shows its fresh and compliments to the chef and to Georgia our waitress who was friendly and bubbly with a lovely smile, who recommend the espresso ice cream which was a delightful reignition following our starter and mains and 5mile walk to the pub. The house mascot (pooch) was a great addition and really friendly with children. Thanks for having us hope to see you again soon!
I visited this beautiful pub for the first time today, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service and food were exceptional. The ladies working behind the bar were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions about the menu and drinks. The outdoor area offers a lovely view of the river. The food was the best I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this place!
Beautiful riverside location with a variety of areas to sit in inside, under the marquee, outside by the river. We opted for the marquee in case it was too hot, and it was very pleasant with views of the river. The menu is excellent with quite a few vegan choices, all kinds of meat, wood fired pizza. Highly recommended.
Great location. Highly recommend the steak. Cooked perfectly and washed down with a decent pint of Guinness. Friendly staff. Pre-book to secure a table. Outside is an open area where staff manage a pizza oven to give customers more options. Views ate nice too. Check out location on google maps.
Really nice traditional English pub with excellent outside area next to the River Avon. Very nice, professional and efficient service staff. Good range of beers and ales. They even have an outside wood fired pizza oven. Very dog friendly. Nice place to while away an afternoon.
Beautiful location and fabulous food! Although we arrived too late for the regular lunch menu, they have a pizza oven going throughout the day, with delicious pizzas freshly-baked to order. Definitely worth the detour to avoid the slow-queuing traffic past Stonehenge!
We where stopping in Salisbury, booked table via phone 10-15 drive to The Bridge . Good size Car Park, nice Pub Friendly Staff Great Food Good Selection of Beer . Canopies across the road from Pub as well if weather allows to sit outside, nice River views .
beautiful pub, beautiful opposite, great eating and very friendly staff. many seats, but the booking is advisable. many parking spaces and easy to reach. all in all a great sound.
