We booked for 7pm and the menu was given at 7.15. We were told six items on the menu were not available. We got our starters at 8.00, which were all so salty. We then waited ages and watched as two tables that arrived after us, were served their mains. We didn 't get served our mains until 9:00. After waiting two hours for food, the chips were cold, and a lot of them were hard in the middle. Three of us ordered fajitas, the fajita that came was build your own, there was no salad and almost no meat (just onion and peppers) and it was more of a casserole. a new pub for me, good beer and a wider than usual offer. all our meals were very good and cheap. I went for the fish chips and muddy heaps and can honestly say that they are among the best I had. the staff was friendly and friendly and the service was fast and efficient. the britannia was not surprisingly busy, but our meals were delivered quickly and the workers were always there when they wanted them. an excellent sound.
it was necessary to get a nice meal for my wife and granddaughter, clamped, was welcomed and quickly sitting, ordered drinks and brought to the table, just as fast. the ordered appetizers and main compartments were delicious! dessert was just good! I found a diamond here, like my native, and every time I visit him, it just sends to be better. fantastic really, just fantastic!
First time visit since the new owners moved in. We were early and there were few other diners but the service was good. The menu is definitely different, the prices hadn't gone up as we had been told and the food was tasty. 2 of us had pasta, we had to ask for parmesan, and also a spoon to help eat the linguine. But staff were nice friendly, it was good value for money

eating was amazingly full of taste and worth for money as the prices starting from £10 for a main course. there are many options to choose from. their pizzas are lush! friendly friendly staff with large service. I'll be back soon.
Good Steak night. Good Chef. Nobody in the pub though. All young girls working there.....Nice girls but they need a Headmistress in charge of them. Lol. As they were on their phones etc. Not professional at all. Food: 4 Service: 3

We’ve visited twice now, once for Sunday lunch and once for an evening meal. All the meals have been delicious and reasonably priced as well. Definitely worth a visit
