The Brook - Tisch reservieren

Phoned the day before. Was told that “We have 45 tables come down any time for lunch”. Turned up at 1.30pm ordered drinks then told at 2pm we can’t order for another hour as they are too busy!!!!! Why not mention that at the beginning???? Why have 45 tables if you cannot cater for them all????? There were 7 of us wanting lunch. Instead we went elsewhere. When I complained to the manager/landlord he just spoke over me so I raised my voice then one of their customers felt it was his business to tell me to shut up. This just escalated the situation. 1st and last time we will be visiting the Brook.

I've driven past this place for the past 3 years and for some reason I always wanted to visit. I didn't until my friend recommended me this place during Christmas times last year. They won me as a customer me with their soup. So delicious and homemade. It was pumpkin soup at the time. I keep coming back for their soup. I really like their onion soup and tomatoe soup as well. I've tried mostly their starters and I cannot fault it. You leave this place wanting to leave tips even if they added all their service charges because you just get so much for little. Thanks! You make me happy The Brook

Bar staff and restaurant staff (same people on the night I was here) were extremely aware, very polite and are a credit to the venue. We attended a funeral with the gathering afterwards being held in The Brook. The food served for the funeral gathering was excellent too.

Best place I’ve eaten, staff are very welcoming and polite. Food is exceptional. Manager also gave me a birthday drink on the house. This is a lovely place for me to come for my coffee before work for a bit of relaxation time. Would deffo recommend

Love this place ! Great food, atmosphere, lovely beer garden, lovely service/ people.
