The place has changed quite a bit since I was last here, particularly outside, where a large outdoor area has been furnished and a pizza kitchen installed in one corner, offering additional options to the standard menu. Thomas Taylor beers are prevalent here and pumps line the bar with every option you might wish to sample. I will be back on my next visit to Bingley for sure.
Food was adequate but we’d booked a table for 6.00pm and what we ordered didn’t arrive at the table until after 7.00pm an hour wait is unacceptable and the duck was undercooked and fatty!! A shame, they got lots right but too much wrong I doubt we’ll return for a second visit.
Attended a reception following a family funeral. Good food and friendly service. Will hopefully be back again soon in happier circumstances. The pub is located in a beautiful spot just by the river Aire
