I'm disappointed that the tasting room at this location has closed. When we used to live just three miles away, we also visited the original tasting room. I saw a review complaining about The Bruery not being responsive to someone who was not yet a member. It's understandable that they have other responsibilities besides answering the phone. I agree it can feel frustrating to be ignored. On another note, The Bruery has one of the best membership programs in the country. What a great find near us! This is the second location for this business, as it was described to me that they need to keep their sours and such separate from the rest of their brews. No food here except for some bags of chips! Though they do often have a food truck that'll park outside on busy nights. And they seem to be cool with folks bringing in their own stuff from other places. I've been a big fan of their stouts. We did a couple of flights on our last visit and found some new favorites!
Sour beers are my go-to, and I was excited to come to this brewery and sample a few by getting the flight pours. There was a huge selection. A light berry flavored one was the Frucht (Raspberry). My favorites were the Sour in the Rye with Cherry and Raspberry and the Sourrentor (vanilla and lemon zest). Mr. Sanders was definitely more sour than the others but definitely spot on. There's a large patio, and you can order from a food truck.
I love this place. The employees are sweet and you don't run in to beer snob employees who feel entitled for no reason. Service is quick, friendly and you also get recommendations based on what you order, depending on who's ringing you up. They also have really good food trucks that come through there. I bring most people I know here because I know they'll enjoy it. It's a nice quiet place too.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with a great variety of craft beers to choose from. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. The food from Sang Guys was delicious, especially the cheeseburger I ordered, which was absolutely amazing.
This is a really cute and cozy spot and we really enjoyed Matt he recommended a few drinks for us and we really enjoyed his service. We will definitely be coming back.
The event space is fantastic. The tasting room was neat, but this new layout has a lot of possibilities. Just watched Zane Lamprey film a stand-up comedy set.
Everything is excellent and is quite a treat for those of us who love sours. If I lived closer I would be here all the time.
