The bar was quite busy, and I wasn't sure where to check in for my reserved table. After some time, I managed to find a staff member who helped me to my table. One of the chairs was torn, exposing the foam inside, so I switched to a more comfortable one. The service wasn't particularly friendly, but it was an extremely hot day and the place was crowded. I ordered fish and chips, which were well presented, but unfortunately, the fish was overcooked. Overall, it was an average experience, and I don't think I'll be in a hurry to return.
The pub serves excellent food. The mushrooms and white bread were abundant and flavorful. The brisket and fish and chips were both very good; the brisket was tender and tasty, while the fish and chips were enjoyable as well. We would definitely eat there again.
I took my 6 month old puppy on his first trip to the pub and The Bull was fantastic and made him very welcome. He got his own treats and a water bowl and was made a fuss of. Our food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. I can’t fault it.

Food and drink is fantastic. Welcoming and setup good but overall service poor. No check backs, no second drink offerings and bill payment forgotten about. Go for the food though. The kitchen team should be applauded.
no negative at all, it was a perfect meal and the whole table commented on how beautiful the whole experience was. will definitely be back and back and will highly recommend to family and friends.
The Bull is a fantastic pub and restaurant. They offer a variety of options on the menu, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend trying the cake in particular!
