To start, I was disappointed that pigs in blankets had to be paid for as an extra at the carvery, and even after adding them, they were not included on the receipt. I had to provide proof to receive the overcooked and small sausages. The carving of the meat was haphazard, with only small slices thrown onto the plate. The side dishes were lacking, with only frozen potatoes, mushy carrots, tasteless cauliflower, cold stuffing, and no other vegetables. The gravy was thin and tasteless, resembling dirty water. The food was poorly seasoned, and the salt and pepper shakers on the table were clogged. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.
Very poor quality of food. All cold. Meat fatty. Table sticky and dirty. Cutlery dirty. Place needs a good clean absolutely disgusting. Toilets disgusting and smelt terrible. Really detiorated since last visit. Lady on front of house needs to learn customer service she was so rude and did not dress like front of house. Never again avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment
Such a great meal tonight. The staff were so welcoming, supportive of my limited mobility needs and made sure my 6 year old son had a great time. The food was good value and tasty. Its out of our way but will definitely go again with the rest of the family.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and excellent. The customer service from all the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this place as a must-visit.
