The Bund is a hidden gem on Hickson Rd close to the Roslyn Packer Theatre. I had the seafood dumplings and the spring onion pancake. The seafood dumplings are a generous portion and absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a try if you are a seafood lover, as there is an assortment of crab, scallops and shrimp. The dumpling shells were also each made differently to note, one was made out of spinach and another from squid ink. The spring onion pancake was also very tasty as well. Layers of flaky dough, with a filling of nice blend of green onions and seasoning. This was also pan fried and not deep fried, which made it must tastier and healthier. This charming spot consistently stays open after performances at the Sydney Theatre Company, making it a very convenient choice. The menu offers a great variety of dishes, including vegan options, and the waitstaff are both attentive and efficient. Unlike many other nearby venues, the atmosphere is relatively calm, perfect for discussing the show we just experienced. I've visited several times and have always been pleased with my experience. The dumplings here are amazing! The staff and owner are wonderful too. We arrived late for a show and encountered an issue with the Eftpos terminal, but they graciously allowed us to leave and come back to settle the bill.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. Generous portions so I’d recommend sharing and getting different dishes. Shanghai noodles and dumpling options are great.
