Placed an order on the phone with Mob Burger apparently with the manager herself. The phone number on the order was listed incorrectly and so was the address. Even though it was confirmed a twice. When I finally received my order an hour late the driver showed up without a pen, one receipt so no copy for me, barely spoke any English and I was charged $6 extra on top of that he was a few houses down. The extra $6 charge apparently was for a delivery fee even though on Grubhub and Yelp it’s a $2 charge. Food was cold to the touch so I sent it back due to this entire mess. Stopped in for some burgers. Found close parking on the same street though it did say 1 hour parking. The staff was friendly. The prices were okay, though you saw depending on what you got they could get very high. They have a lot of burger options! We ordered 2 burgers, and a mess of a fries dish. Food came out in about 15 minutes. Fries were covered in onion, bacon, cheese and sauce. It was very good but you can see it was more toppings than actual fries underneath. We each ordered it medium and it came out just as such. My bfs burger was really good. Had jalapeños that meshed perfectly on it. My burger however had no real flavor unfortunately. We both agreed. they provide their food for customers in hudson district. When I ordered that to eat, I saw that it would take 2 hours to eat. I called seamless to ask, they called the restaurant and we sorted it out. 2 hours later I called the restaurant to find out where that was eating. They said seamless called her and canceled the order. I never did. I called seamless and they said they never canceled the order. So I got seamless and the restaurant on the phone when the manager from the restaurant began to curse me and scream at me while I had seamless on the line. I cannot believe that this day and age a restaurant would actually treat a customer who has waited 2 hours and paid over $30 for two burger...
Sunday, the 14th February at 12 o'clock, I gave an order by grubhub. I called this place 3xs to confirm my order. not only did they not deliver, but who answered the phones was extremely rude, not only that they did not deliver my order, but they refused to pay back my money $125 order that I never received. they said I got them the wrong number, which is impossible because the app automatically takes their phone number! hungry!

they need to rent a polite professional staff. maybe a training how to talk to customers. I have referenced this place until recently. the personal has left a bitter sweet taste, which I can never come back again or refer this place to someone again.
Pricey, but I got the most perfect burger. Everything was fresh. The Bun was amazingly fresh too. Very noticeable. My first time in my life that I ate a burger and noticed how good the bun tasted along with it.
Went here for lunch with my boyfriend. It was delish! We both ordered burgers and fries. I would return! The buns on the burgers tasted freshly made. The burger will just fill you up, you don't need the fries!
The food at this restaurant is actually quite good. However, the staff are very rude. Despite this, I really enjoyed the hamburgers - they were delicious. I would give them a 5+ rating.

the burger was good and juicy like me.. Music in the place was banging.. They were playing all the 90s and 2000s music.. excellent customer service
First time ordering, this place is phenomenal. My new comfort food spot.
