Food took 120 minutes to arrive for a party of 7 with 3 kids so wasn't the easiest keeping them happy. Meals came out with at different times and incorrect, with some sides also coming out after meals were finished. People had arrived after us and received meals before us and left before we had started. Food was nice once arrived and felt sorry for the waitresses as they kept apologising who.
We met as two couples for a lunch that we all enjoyed. The food was well prepared and nicely presented. The two gammon steaks and the Hunter's Chicken from the main menu were particularly well received. The atmosphere was comfortable and the meal was good value for money. Thank you.
We decided to try the fish and chips that caught our eye during our last visit, and we were very pleased that we did because it was excellent. The fish was perfectly cooked with a light, crispy batter. Great job, Gemma! Bonnie also loved her sausages from the doggie menu.
Bar lady was absolutely amazing so friendly and cheerful. I love the fact you’re so doggy friendly I had the chance to stroke dogs I didn’t know. The food was beautiful and the surrounding area also beautiful. I will definitely be back xx
