This place is outstanding. I just looked for somewhere that offered full breakfast but stepping inside was something else. A bit like stepping back in time with a modern twist. The House and the decor are great. So cool. So vintage. Real china, lots of wood, impressive lighting. And then the food was great. A big pot of breakfast tea too (not one of these miserly ones you tend to get). And they had a raspberry and pistachio gluten free cake, so I had to squeeze a slice of that in as well. The girls and boys were welcoming, friendly, helpful and real joy. Feels like a nice place to work. My wife just asked if we were going back for breakfast tomorrow. “Hell yes” I said!
Absolutely delicious food, great selection of beers and super friendly staff. I had gammon steak and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. My friend had the gluten free fish n chips and she said it was incredible. Then she finished it off with gluten free sticky toffee pudding. Heaven! Highly recommend.
A tea room as I imagined it. The decoration, the presentation, the service everything is of good taste. Excellent value for money. A big thank you to Victoria for her sympathy and all the explanations.
My daughters took me here for a birthday lunch. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had scones with cream and jam and tea to finish which was also very nice.

Tea house is up the stairs and pub is down the stairs. We went to the tea room and they sat us with no reservation but you can make one in advance. Food was so good!
Fabulous afternoon Tea. Sandwiches were really tasty, a great selection of cakes. One of the best afternoon teas after the Cranachan.
Really nice food. Pricing for drinks was a bit exorbitant but the great service made up for the cost for sure also soup is amazing
The table was not big enough for us seemed to small but the food was lovely the staff excellent
