a warm welcome, good hearty eating at a cold evening. venison steak was amazing, pink, juicy and full taste real restaurant quality and local meat also. bark meat and turquoise redness of the day with the companion vest and variety of carrots, roasted, cooked, lubricated and a huge yorkshire pudding, highly recommended. good size, well presented meal times and all dishes cleaned. we will soon try some more of the extensive menu. pub quiz also made fun, we came!
on the afternoon recommended and asked to book a table later in the night, as there was a Saturday that should only say that they were full and could not take anymore, there was no excuse before the house. Even if they suggest a time to come, but there was nothing very bad customer service. to avoid them if they do not want to starve
Not the ideal place disabled, no lift to floors, no ground floor rooms. It would be easy to remodel reception to the right of main entrance and then put in lifts where reception is now. Having said that, the staff are great and welcoming. Need help, just ask.
very friendly and accompanying recipeists. room freshly decorated and very clean. very quiet, although our room was on the front of the main street. the breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't have asked.
