This traditional country inn offers cask ales, delicious food, and a charming outdoor area at the back with ample seating. They even have a dog-friendly room. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the decor is eclectic and could use some tidying up. Overall, the inn could use a bit of tender loving care.
Went again today for lunch with family had 2 course meal for £17 and it was both beautiful and plentiful. We all had a lovely meal. Can recommend the lamb Henry. Staff were also helpful and polite. We will definitely be going back for another meal. Five stars.
Highly recommend this good Yorkshire pub. The staff are super friendly and really pay attention to detail. Dog friendly and the food is outstanding. The owner is aware of people that are dieting but still want to go out for food.

Went today first time going food was excellent couldn't fault it absolutely beautiful all home made would definitely recommend excellent value for money can't wait to go again
The food is very good ,the service is as bad as it gets ,staff require training most wander about or just stand about , been numerous times but this is probably the last

The beer garden is lovely with plenty of seating, making it the perfect spot to relax after a walk around Ogden reservoir.
