This is my second time to eat Cave Kitchen food, and, both times, the food and the taste were above board. Simply well seasoned and delicious. I had the jumbo shrimp bowl initially and the owner/chef threw in some empanadas (for free) which I didn't know until I got home. That was in October. November, I, am back. My favorite food truck! Zee Eddie makes you feel right at home, and the food tastes just like home-cooked meals. It's a genuine experience that they provide for their customers. Everything I've tried from the menu has been absolutely delicious—empanadas, shrimp, pernil, chicken... and don't get me started on the rice! The mac and cheese is fantastic, and the bread pudding is out of this world. Just go there—you won’t be disappointed!
Everything was great! The portion sizes were generous, and the customer service was excellent. The BBQ chicken was crispy and packed with flavor, and the arroz con gandules brought back wonderful childhood memories. The plantains were fantastic, and the desserts were simply delicious!
I'm usually quite particular about food, but this place offers amazing dishes! The arroz con gandules tastes just like how my mom used to make it. The mac and cheese reminds me of my grandmother's recipe, and that pernil—wow! It's incredible!

The wings are crispy and packed with flavor, and the mac and cheese is made with real cheese and well-seasoned. The portion sizes are generous as well. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be ordering again!
The 5PC Buffalo Wings Box was outstanding, as usual. They consistently serve the best food—always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

You have to come out and try their wonderful empanadas!! Ive had their Mac and cheese as well And rice. Lil place with huge flavors !!! Definitely recomend!! Try it all!!

Not only is the food outstanding but the customer service is amazing. I have hired Zina for several work events at Republic services and she has out done herself.
Cave kitchen is awesome. Their plantanos are a1 material, fried to perfection.
