we had a nice table with large service. I felt it was a bit overpriced, but they understand their star rating, so they can calculate. 5* but not when it came to eat. it was good, but average. what surprised us was how few people were fed there and the volumina spoke. we were just too pleased and didn't complain, because we didn't want our guest from Canada to feel uncomfortable. everything said it was pleasant and we impressed them from the entire experience.
I recently had lunch with a friend at The Cellar. The food, service and ambience were all very good. My only quibble is that my main course, which was of pork, could have done with some vegetables as part of the dish. We ordered two side dishes which added to the meal but pushed up the price a bit. Desserts were gorgeous and beautifully presented. The waiting staff are very personable and attentive to detail. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
Great little place with a good ambiance, the service was very good and the food was fabulous especially the passion fruit and mango souffle!! The wine list was extensive, but we were advised well. A bit pricey, but good for a special occassion I took my husband for his birthday!
Wonderful location! We stumbled upon it to escape from the rain. We only had drinks, but the atmosphere was very inviting and a perfect place to unwind. Unfortunately, we did not try the food so I cannot provide feedback on that. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This place has such a fantastic atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in Dublin with excellent service and affordable pints in the D2 area. Very well made, it's a wonderful place to visit.
we enjoyed our lunch on Monday last. the staff was very nice, friendly efficient. the meal was most pleasant. to say that we enjoyed our afternoon would be an understatement.
the fish of my wife was badly cooked. it looked good and well presented, but she had to cut it with my steak knife! everything else was nice, the service was good.
