The food trumps any consideration; a fusion of mostly Spanish tapas with NM echoes. The menu includes seafood as well as lamb and beef. This time tried lamb wraps...a surprising amount of excellent lamb. Had the fried avocados yet again. Excellent as usual. Tried the grilled poblano Chile with Mancheco sauce...Had a slight kick too. My wife oohed and ahed over the tiger shrimp. Service was excellent; We ordered in shifts, so there was plenty of time to enjoy each dish as it came out to us. One of our go-to places when we want a taste of food we would not/could not prepare for ourselves. Be aware, though. This is not a cheap-eats joint. We loved the food at Debajo! After having passed by it many times we decided to try the restaurant and we were not disappointed. We had a handful of plates and each one was delicious. Every time I was surprised that the dish was able to taste as good as it did, and every dish I was as good as the last up to the very end. It’s so nice getting good food that’s actually worth the price in a nice environment. I love that I can go back and get entirely different plates and know that they will be good. That’s how convinced I’ve become of the quality of food. Highly recommend!
Once again, the Cellar provides a warm, welcoming environment within which to gather friends and family to feast on tapas and wine, celebrating any occasion. We love bringing out of town guests here to show off a local favorite place for a savory meal. The ingredients are always fresh, and there are many vegetarian choices on the menu. A real crowd pleasing destination for food and fun.

The tapas are always delicious and the service is very good. It is a loud venue. Can't wait to see if they will be able to open a patio in the future!
Food was great. Service was great . Restaurant is very small and so it's very loud not relaxing. Would be great for large group setting
