Today my son was accused of using drugs in the toilets and was asked to finish our drinks and leave whilst using the toilets (my son is diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome) This comment was not appreciated, we visited the pub yesterday with no problems and the staff were friendly. We are just visiting from Devon and only came for my daughter’s graduation ceremony at UAE. Shame on you the Champion for ruining our otherwise very delightful trip to Norwich.
Looking for a drink and lunch we found this little gem. Lovely pub with warm friendly service. Food freshly cooked and tasty. Sausage onion sandwich and chips was just the job. Good Beer selection. Bit off the beaten track but well worth a visit.
very pleasant, easy go unpretentious pub with good ale (mostly batemans) to reasonable praise. simple and excellent, substantial and sensually favorable pub food. friendly staff. That's exactly what a pub should be, really.

beautiful friendly pub with an in-house for outdoor pleasure. jackie really let us be welcome and even gave me a parking permit so I could park near. a must visit pub on their travels by norwich.
Miserable bar woman won’t be going there again had one drink and left normally very good bar staff in there but this one was miserable and put me off
