The Cheese Course Bistro in Pinecrest was a delicious lunch spot! We went on a Sunday and it was quite busy, so it took a while (around 30 minutes) to get service after we were seated. It didn 't bother us, but if you 're in a rush, keep that in mind. The staff seemed a bit short handed, but they were all very friendly and attentive once they reached our table. The best part? The food! Their tables are spaced out nicely, so even with the crowd, it felt comfortable. I tried one of their perfect pairings the mushroom and brie soup with a smoked salmon sandwich. What a wonderful little restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was top-tier. Maria, our server, made sure we were always taken care of, and was very knowledgeable on the food. The manager, Maria Jose, was incredibly kind and hospitable as well.
Horrible service this is the worse cheese course I’ve been to. Their staff is very unprofessional. Menu says one thing they say another. Seem more they are more interested in talking then doing their job
The food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and the location is convenient. The shopping center also offers two hours of free parking, allowing you to enjoy your meal without any hassle.

Can’t wait to go back and eat at the cheese course in Doral. The staff was amazing and so welcoming in English and Spanish. 10/10
Good service , the food is delicious. The only complaint is that in my opinion they closed too early on Saturday.
This place is great, I love coming here for lunch. I always leave in a better mood than I when I came in.
