The mango cheesecake crust was poorly executed, being chewy, sticky, and overly sweet. The manager's excuse was that it was intentional and even added that it was her favorite. I would rate this cheesecake 1 star, and I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The manager was dismissive and seemed more focused on her own preferences rather than customer service. The wait time was long, and the disappointment continued with a doughy crust.
Their Low-Licious cheesecake is SO good! Diabetics and health nuts can have GOOD cheesecake. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is the crust. Complete opposite of the cheese cake itself. A powdery-doughy consistency. Will I get it again?? EVERYTIME YES! (Just scrape every last drop of the phenomenal cheesecake off of the crust And of course, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. Just yum.
The black guy was who was hosting in front today 01/02/24 at around noon was incredibly rude. Rolled his eyes and said, what do you want, When we approached counter. Food and server were great as always, but the host needs to be fired or get an attitude adjustment. No one is making him work there. :
The wait was short, especially considering it was New Year’s Eve. We did have to wait 15 minutes for the waiter to come to our table after we were seated, but once he was there, he didn’t outstanding job. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's the best ever . ROD our male waiter has the best customer service in world. He recommended some great drinks and the food and customer service just over top . Thank you
